1. Intellectual Property & Rights Retention

All musical transmissions, audio waveforms, graphic designs (including the 3D cassette artwork and logos), branding, text, code, and video layers rendered on this terminal are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of SigmaTau Trax (Est. 1979). All rights are strictly reserved globally.

2. Licensing & Use Restrictions

Transmissions are provided strictly for individual, personal, non-commercial listening purposes. Any unauthorized duplication, redistribution, sale, public performance, sampling, remixing, sync, or modification of the audio waveforms without an express, written copyright license from SigmaTau is strictly prohibited.

3. Matrix Security Node

Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass secure gating headers, inject malicious packet frames, or otherwise disrupt the database integrity of stats.json or tracks.json. Node violations will be logged and terminated.
